Each company contains a warehouse, Reporting to vice President Finance Each company has a warehouse, which distribute to sites, Factory or to workshop. There are stores keepers in charge, they are reporting to me. issue material through the procedures like the move order from the oracle system which we are using we are getting it from the requester after the approval of factory manager or workshop manager, each Company has different materials.

Materials supervisor report for the minimum stock
Monitors day-to-day Stores operations and verifies data entry as of received and issued materials, equipment and spare parts.
Defines the stock levels for materials and spares in collaboration with the maintenance and other user departments keeping in view the operational plan, normal consumption rate, procurement lead-time, inventory carrying cost and importance of the material
Coordinates with the requester sections for the proper technical specifications of materials designation Controls the collection, storage and disposal of salvaged and scrapped materials and suggests re-use and disposal of all such materials. Checks and follows up on the record keeping in Oracle System with particular reference to vocabulary discrepancies, unit of measurement and code numbering

This company a construction, I arrange a main store just to reduce the cost and handle the stock, looking for the material, which we can be used again to save a lot of money.
1. Managing the warehouse with three stuff, twenty five labours and Fourteen drivers

4. Following up the LPO from the head office send to suppliers and arranging the materials as the priority to which site we can send it and the availability of the materials in the market to order more because also i have to follow the price for the materials
5. Arrange all the order requisitions to all sites.
6. Handling the stock when I received from the supplier to distribute the materials to all sites with arranging the stock list and report daily
