Process the requisitions sent by requester.
Responsible for the perfect implementation of the procurement procedure.
Independent and self-sufficient, request the quote on the national market.
Fills out the bid summary, comparison chart, waiver and purchase order.
Ask for signature as per the procurement procedure.
Perform vendor evaluation by providing performance report on vendor and maintaining them
on file.
Responsible for writing the opening minutes and negotiation minutes.
Represent logistics department in the sealed offer opening meetings.

Deliver the purchase order and contract to the selected supplier, ask for signed copy of the
contract.

Managed huge PR's for DFID cross boarder(around $500k)
Managed the front loading medication PR under UNHCR grant(1 million JD)
Responsible for all procurement from outside country(international procurement).
Establishing connections with suppliers. Manages the relations with the suppliers.
Responsible for shipping(from outside to inside) using sea freight.
Managing clearance and customs. Managing warehouse and all duties related to logistics.

Keep track of quality, quantity, stock level, delivery time, transport cost and efficiency.
Arrange warehouse, catalog goods, plan routs and process shipment.
