- Assisting Senior Project Manager in coordinating all contractual requirements, design drawings, and project specifications that include, but not limited to:
- On-Site Project Management
- Project Coordination & Project Controls
- Construction Billings & Cash Flow Projects
- Cost tracking for sequential costing
- Produce detail design documentation in the Oil and Gas, Utilities, Transport sectors with concentration on Telecoms, Security systems;
- Interface and interaction with key stakeholders across the organization;

Detail Designing, Engineering, Installation and Test & commissioning of Access control, CCTV systems, Perimeter Intrusion Detection Systems, PA/GA, LAN, Structure cabling
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and submit the design layouts, block diagrams, general arrangements and engineering documents according to the quality standards to meet the milestones by following the engineering deliverables plan and time schedule complying with the company’s quality policies and standards
- Prepare the Bill of Materials (BOM) and follow up with the procurement department and the supplier to ensure the deliveries of the material in the planned date
- Prepare and witness the Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT)
- Installations and constructions activities supervision and planning
- Ensure that the work is under control and performed in a safe and environmentally manner
- Pre-commissioning, Testing and commissioning
- Prepare the handover plan for the systems in buildings and follow up the execution of the plan to meet the milestones
Overall responsible for projects which start from Project handover, attending various meetings with client.
Responsibilities:
-Technical evaluations
- Prepare the systems compliance against the project specifications
- Supervise the engineering, construction, document control and planning teams during the life cycle of the project
- Prepare the purchase orders and follow up with the procurement team
- Prepare the project schedule and the engineering delivery list and tracker
- Update the project budget documents and follow up to ensure the handover of the project with the planned budget
- Create the projects variations and track the design changes
- Coordinate and interface with the project management team, consultants, suppliers, client and other contractors
Detail Designing, Engineering, Installation and commissioning of Access control, CCTV systems, Perimeter Intrusion Detection Systems, PAGA etc.,
Supporting the System Design Engineers, Project Interface coordinators, Site Lead Engineers, Field Engineers for technical clarifications
Regular co-ordination with Project Manager and updating the current status of project engineering and approvals
Regular Interface and co-ordination with clients for Engineering Design Workshop, Basic Design Engineering approvals, Detail Design Engineering approvals
Preparing Engineering Deliverable Plan, FAT Plan, Training Plan
Co-ordination with Procurements for Procurement Plan
Co-ordination with various vendors for technical Bid evaluation reports, compliance reports etc.,
Designing the Concerned Security Systems
Designing of all System and proper selection of the controllers, panels, sensors, devices for hassle free commissioning

- Designing the electrical systems for the commercial and residential projects (CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, - Public Address/Voice Alarm, Fence intrusion systems )
- Installations supervision
- Testing and commissioning
- Coordinating with the project management team, consultants, vendors, stakeholders and other contractors
- Prepare systems training and operation manuals
