Microbiological Analyses Of The Final Products, Raw Materials And Manufacturing Stages For The Detection Of Microbial Food Spoilage & Poisoning that makes evidence for Poor Quality incldue; Salmonella Spp, Staph aureus, Enterobacteriaceae, E. coli, TBC, Mold & yeasts and in accordance to ISO 17025 /2005.
Prepare samples for analysis by recording, weighing, and blending.
Perform traditional culture and rapid method tests .
Set up, adjust, maintain and operate laboratory equipment & Calibrate laboratory instruments.
Ensure safety in Biosafety and live cultures routinely.

Perform Proficiency Testing and quality control to insure the quality of work ( Repeatabilty & Reproduciblity ), in accordance to ISO 17025 /2005 system .
