Job Responsibilities :

• Preparation, submission and updating of the project master program
• Preparation and issue of necessary Progress reports (Daily, weekly, monthly)
• Prepare Cost analysis, control, accomplishment within budgets of projects, utilizing existing experience to finalize appropriate specification, negotiation with vendors and contractors and supervision to best utilize available resources.
• Presenting schedules of work, often with visual aids such as bar charts and Histograms diagrams
• Monitoring progress throughout the work process and comparing this with the projected schedule of work and advising the Project Managers of actual and expected slippages
• Liaising with the Project Manager throughout the process, making adjustments to project plans as necessary
• Providing advice and support on the development of specific systems
• Follow up and integration of subcontractor's programs
• Preparation / Billing of Projects Invoices.
• Review of Sub-contractors Schedules & Invoices
• Preparation of project bar charts / manpower (histograms) & construction equipment and regular updating

Position : Senior Planning Engineer
Job Responsibilities :
• Prepare the Planning Package for the project including the Project Monitoring & Control deliverable
• Preparation work in progress plans, Work Break Down Structure and Resources (Manpower & Equipment) requirement plans
• Prepare the Subcontractors and Materials requirement plan (MRP)
• Prepare Monthly, Quarterly, Weekly and specific reports to Management and Client. Reports typically include the project progress statistics, highlights, areas of concern and updated Procurement Register, Subcontract Register, Document Register & Drawings Register.
• Monitor Schedule of projects under execution, Time schedule control of job sites in the course of construction
• Identification of problematic areas & critical activities, before occurrence and remedial work/solution for rectification of problems to avoid delay in project.
• Participate in daily, weekly and monthly meetings with client to review previous progress and future plans and to prepare technical meeting data and presentations to client.
• Responsible for the preparation and issuance procedure & utilization control for direct materials.
• Co-ordination with the Project Manager on current issues of concern and potential future problems resulting in reprogramming as necessary to overcome them
• Initiation / responding to all planning / time related correspondence to Client / Subcontractors
• Attend all site coordination meetings with Site Engineers / Subcontractors and to Prepare minutes of meetings.
• Preparation of work packages for site supervisors, management of resources, workshop / site monitoring to evaluate progress and efficiency of resources (manpower & equipment).
• Maintain updated detailed record of technical developments and variations including Drawing Register, Documents Register and Procurement Register.
• Prepare the Project Close out Report, document the Lessons Learnt as a reference for futuristic projects

• Installation of firefighting system network.
• Furnishing & installation of mechanical equipments; ( such as chillers, air handling units
, fan coil units, etc).
• Guide & follow up with foremen for effective & efficient installation at site.
• Follow up with Subcontractors and preparing technical reports on the progress of works.
• To ensure on time completion of projects.
• Prepare the Invoices for the executed projects and ensure timely payment from client.
