supply, production, capacity, and inventory functions.

• Developing a 12-18 months Demand Plan based on consensus with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Business Plan;
• Leading monthly Sales and Operations Meeting (S&OP), ensure meeting targeted outcomes;
• Supervised the day-to-day activities of the assigned Demand & Supply Planning Team Members pertaining to the development of strategic and operational Supply Chain deliverable, while being responsible for its actual implementation;
• Monitor Abudawood Projects Procurement activities, including the establishment of procurement strategies for the ordering, tracking and receiving the required supplies & materials from our principals;
• Foster a collaborative environment between the demand side and supply side and other departments and divisions to effectively manage and achieve DP objectives;
• Achieved and exceeded the best-in-class benchmarks in overseeing the development, delivery and implementation of Demand Planning best practices;
• Daily, weekly and monthly monitoring sales performance versus the agreed demand plan, and ensuring supplying the optimal stocks levels. Taking the right decisions and actions as per the S&OP outcomes.

• Improved forecast accuracy by 25%, to be at 68% on item level and 85% on family level by applying new quantitative and qualitative forecasting methods and conducting monthly S&OP meetings.
• Improved customer service level by 2%, to be at 96% while maintaining an optimum inventory level with high inventory turnover rate.

•Designing and generating statistical forecast reports on SKU and channel level with capability of roll up/down.

•Compute, report, and communicate the KPIs to the management along with root causing and action plans. (Forecast Accuracy, WAPE, Bias, SP1 Reliability and SP1 Compliance).
•Monitor SKU levels and recommend SKU rationalization initiatives in the future.

•Aligning and approving all initiatives circulars, ensure their availability based on the company initiatives master plan, and control and report the initiatives remnants liquidation.
•Contributing in the pipeline management role in the supply chain improvement action plans to continuously improve product availability and customer service at a minimum possible working capital, and achieve the objective of delivering the right product at the right time at a minimum cost.
