• Improved forecast accuracy by 25%, to be at 68% on item level and 85% on family level by applying new quantitative and qualitative forecasting methods and conducting monthly S&OP meetings.
• Improved customer service level by 2%, to be at 96% while maintaining an optimum inventory level with high inventory turnover rate.
Key Responsibilities:
•Designing and generating statistical forecast reports on SKU and channel level with capability of roll up/down.
•Continuously improving forecasting techniques, method, and approach.
•Relating and measuring the impact of forecast accuracy.
•Evolving and maintaining documentation and standard operating procedures for demand planning processes and systems.

•Leading forecast and inventory planning meetings with Marketing Managers, reviewing recommended sales forecasts and inventory goals (emphasis on brand transitions, new product introduction, and promotions).
•Creating and leading the Building Blocks.
•Forecasting new launches and keeps on reviewing Sales vs Forecast and speedily transfers the signals to Supply Team.
•Compute, report, and communicate the KPIs to the management along with root causing and action plans. (Forecast Accuracy, WAPE, Bias, SP1 Reliability and SP1 Compliance).
•Monitor SKU levels and recommend SKU rationalization initiatives in the future.

•FC accuracy has been improved from 23% to 65% on SKU level and to 82% on family level, to be part of the best-in-class.
•Service Level of 96.8%.
•Inventory value has been reduced by 37%.

•Aligning and approving all initiatives circulars, ensure their availability based on the company initiatives master plan, and control and report the initiatives remnants liquidation.
