• Frequent site visits (Site Stores) to supervise and ensure the performance, records and complains with the stores policies and procedures.
• Reduce the number of tools purchase by organization and ensure their efficient utilization.

• To ensure that lifting accessories provided to projects are safe for lifting and establish a mechanism for the requisitioning, procurement, return, testing and controlled.

• Monthly site stores inspections to investigate about surplus material, and any standby tools & fixed assets in coordination with the project manager.
• Conducting physical fixed assets / Stock material count in both central and site stores every six Month with the coordination with Accounts Department.
• Coordinate with all internal customers/ suppliers to facilitate smooth/ official processes.
• Preparing strategic plans and budgets for coming years.
• Applying Environmental standard 14001., safety standard 18001, and ISO 9001 in Central Warehouse with coordination with safety department and arrange for safety training & induction to all Store staff, and inspected all safety points in the warehouse.
• Monitor KPI’s of Central warehouse activities and work on their success.
• Evaluating the necessities for having “Security Guards” according to mandatory security standards for company premises.
