Talent Acquisition & Employee Life Cycle
Working with Talent Acquisition team & facilitating the recruitment across premier institutes in India.
Ensuring Employee Documentation (Offer/Joining Kit/Payroll etc.) is completed on time & assist team in yearly audits.
HR Policy formulations & timely updation. Rolled out new & amended various policies like - Global Mobility, Expat Travel Policy, Women empowerment & Employee Exit. Creating & updating process Maps/ SOP’s. Working with leaders/BU heads & leadership teams.
Conducted Compensation Benchmarking and salary surveys across FMCG Industries (Agro Industry)
Ensuring Exit analysis, ensuring one on one is done with all the Exit cases.
Managing End to End Global Mobility & Expatriation of employees, ensuring visa’s, work permits, and deputation is complete on time.
Organization Learning/Development & Performance Management
Working on Succession planning & career planning to enhance workforce strength with an objective to retain top resources.
Assisting & Guiding managers in successful completion of PMS process & handling post evaluation feedback.
Talent Management & Employee Relations
Point of contact for Global employees, handling the queries and grievances arising within the workplace.
Actively involved in Human Resource Competency mapping through Behavioral & Personality assessment. Basis results individual growth plans are prepared.
Psychometric analysis of new and existing hires, this assists in identifying development areas.
Employee Opinion Surveys (E-SAT), Skips, and Pulses etc., handling one on one session with key resources.
Facilitating get together monthly (Month end celebration) to ensure employees are facilitated on their Birthdays, Achievements, R&R and Service Completion.
Developing an engaged employee work force through various engagement activities.
Attrition & Retention
Conducting Attrition Analysis Region wise/Product Wise & computing Quarterly trend in attrition.
Partner with the business to drive Retention Management and ensuring that attrition is controlled.
HR Analytics/ Reporting Metrices
Actively working on Analytics and key people metrices, sharing reports on attrition, Recruitment metrices, employee Surveys (Settling in Survey) & Managers Surveys (Quality of Hire) with the leadership team.
Ensuring weekly dashboards are in place and can be shared with the BU heads when needed.
Developing & updating HRIS, ensuring Data sanity.
HR Projects
Employee Surveys: Quarterly survey to new joiners (Settling in Survey) to check feasibility of onboarding program, half yearly survey to hiring managers (Quality of Hire Survey) to check the capability and efficiency of new hire.
Glassdoor & Linked In Branding: Working on a key project of Branding for Olam.
HR Invoicing & Vendor Management: Evaluation o Vendor strength, New Contract and handing invoicing.
Global Mobility/Talent Mobility: Actively managing the Global Mobility (Internal Transfers) program
