• Supervision of all infrastructural works like: asphalting, pavement layers below and executing all of underground utilities such as: street light, fir fighting, road gullies, with laying of high voltage and low voltage cables, potable water supply network system, storm and foul sewerage connections, NDRC “Non-disruptive Road Crossing” works, bored pile, coring by pipe jacking method and shoring works.
• Supervise and coordinate between the main contractor and the subcontractors scope to provide a smooth interphase with related works
• Coordinate and liaise from relevant authorities for securing NOC’s, permits and approvals for infrastructure works
• Supervise all testing requirements for government and or private testing agencies for infrastructure works
• Prepare and submit all handing over requirements for the Employer and or Representative for approval
• Administer and conduct thorough supervision of project snagging prior to handing over
• To study the tender documents, project specification & design drawings to be in line as per site requirements.
