• Working closely with Tamimi stakeholder in HO that include the below :
Sell in - out analysis and negotiations.
new items listing
updating planograms and off shelf displays
Weekly commercial plans
• Responsible that core distribution, coverage and visibility objectives are met
. • Develop, negotiate, implement & monitor Customer Business Plans in alignment with Company Objectives
• Responsible for maintaining an up-to-date tracker that includes the following: Sales Achievements vs. Targets Sales by Category/Brand per unit Team Performance Records Customers Information Competition information
Develop and manage long-term effective business relationship with customers.
• Accountable for the achievement of the account sales growth targets by category.
• Conducting monthly data cleansing with Tamimi team to update barcodes, prices ..ect
Accountable for the achievement of the area sales growth targets by category.
• Achieve the core distribution (listing of new Stock Keeping Unit, picture of success targets and the agreed visibility and other elements in the Business Development Agreement (BDA)
• Develop a strong relationship with the customer
• Organize field visits on a daily basis and follow up with stores in the assigned area to ensure availability of products
• Monitoring and tracking daily Sales Vs Targets .
• Report market intelligence (sales analysis, monthly initiative implementations, competitor activities, launches, customer plans, and shopper profiles) to sales management
• Ensure that the promotional plan is implemented effectively and efficiently in stores .
• Ensure on shelf availability of all products based on core distribution by communicating with the merchandising team and following up with store visits.
• Follow up with merchandisers on their daily journey plan and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Provide constructive feedback on stock handling and implementation of the products on the shelves, checkouts, secondary placements, and gondolas.
-Responsible for all Nestle projects in Eastern Region .
-Driving and leading consumer engagement teams to ensure excellent execution of consumer engagement programs at relevant channels.
- Daily market visits, Consolidating coverage plans, creating route plans & providing product feedback.
- Reporting promoter’s performance, Mentoring promoters and team leaders.
- Selecting, Hiring & Training promoters as per company policies & procedures
- Participate in development and implementation of promotional activities and special events within assigned territory.
- Develop and implement new tools of communication in order to create brand awareness, spread brand values, establish and stimulate loyalty of company brands among consumers.
- Managing a third part agencies .
- Handling and monitoring the Digital Applications .
- Responsible for all Nestle activities in Eastern Region .
