1. Preparing monthly reports and weekly reports to monitor the sales and purchasing.
2. Calculating the total revenues monthly to manage the brands which need more concentrate due to the biggest sales values and revenues.
3. The main responsible person on shipping goods from outside country to the needed country.
4. Following up which forwarders and brokers.
5. Scheduling the perfect time to order the shipment due to shortening the cost of shipping.
6. Managing the delivery terms of the goods from the company to the sellers and sub-contractor to minimize the cost of transportation.
7. Monitoring the Perfumes warehouse and managing its safety and capacity.
8. Preparing purchasing reports for some brands like (L’Oreal, Sadapack, Emporio Armani, Lancome and YSL, Versace, Tommy Helfigher and some local brands).
I am working on provide a service to people by selling them vouchers which help them to get a cashback on each purchasing they do whether it is an online purchasing process or offline, and I also have a team which is contains of 60 people who are doing the same, and I give them training and helping them to make the most reachable number of sales and how to help there teams too.
1. Preparing the Purchasing Orders.
2. Making prices compressions taking in consideration many other factors due to choose the best supplier for the purchasing order.
3. Saving and cutting costs.
4. Marking the reorder dates to control the purchasing process not to get out of stock of some items.
5. Reducing the stock amount of the items in the inventory as much as possible.
