After 5 years of success and growth with TAWREED Co. - FJ Energy solution Division, i have promoted to sales manager position to be responsible for all sales activities and business development as well.
Now after establishing the division we have sustainable business line, and valued project list for all stages.
and the company is one of the well known companies in the Solar system solutions (PV & Thermal ) and boilers (steam / hot water) with wide history of delivered and completed project in KSA
Started as first member of Fj- Energy solution division in KSA in 2014 and supported the company to achieve the required goals and below some of the achievement:-
1- Developed and implemented a 45year marketing plan which successfully met all marketing and sales objectives by 100%.
2- Increased business opportunities
3- Establish new division for Photovoltaic solutions and get a around 3 MWp subcontract for some prestigious project in Riyadh city .
4- Hire qualified Engineers for project management (Electrical and mechanical)
5- continuously looking for new products and new qualified manufacturer to cover the market demand and increased the sales opportunity
6- Build up a strong business relation ship with local subcontractors to work with me as partner in my projects.
7- finding local distributors in some cases where we requested to provide turnkey solutions.
8- supported my colleagues in other divisions (AHU's / Pumps/ Valves/Air outlets, etc..) to close the deals or specify they products in vendor list by using my relation network with clients and consultant.
Alaa for Industry is a leading provider of engineering products and services of hydraulics pneumatics, transportation’s, power transmission and industrial equipment.
Responsibilities:-
1-Specialist to sell industrial equipment includes overhead crane, air compressors, air dryers, air fittings and filters, air and hydraulic valves, electrical motors, gear boxes, And Transportation equipment:-
-(Wet Kits, Mobile Crane, Skip loader, Hook Loader) - HYVA.
-(Jetting / Vacuum Tankers) - PRATISSOLI/ MORO.
2-Prepare sales presentations to create product understanding and awareness.
3-Plan and conduct technical and sales seminars to update our customers on current and new products.
4-Remain always current on market information and the competition.
5-Manage & provide technical and commercial tasks
6-Attended to products seminars (ASCO pneumatics \{With Certificate\} in Dubai, ENERPAC hydraulic, BONFIGLIOLI Electrical Motors and Gear Boxes, SKF Power Transportation & Bearings, RICE LAKE Weighing Bridges, INGERSOLL RAND Winches & Hoists, And ALUP Compressors.
Achievements:-
1-Development the percentage of sales up to 40% in my area comparing with previous results
2-Created and developed a new markets and new customers.
3-New Business Generation
Central Gas is the pioneering company in Jordan for importing state of art Central Gas:-
Major Activities: -
1.Designing and installing Central Gas system.
2. Supplying clients with Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) via its own fleet.
3. Replacing Diesel or any other fuel burners by (LPG) Burners.
4. Conducting studies and providing consultations for both the Public and Private Sectors in the fields of (LPG) technologies and markets.
I had get training in Technical department about designing and installing central gas systems according to the highest international standards (NFPA 54 & NFBA 58).
In addition to participate in supervising on some projects under construction by the company such as (Commercial Complex, Villas, flat, Factories, Chicken Farms, Hotels, And Restaurants).
After this training i moved to the Marketing & Sales Department, and there I had get another training about central gas system, especially about international standers and select the tank size according to the capacity of boilers or power of appliances, and the comparison between LBG and any other fuel type especially the diesel.
Responsibilities:-
1. Outdoor, as visit the sites, meeting with the clients, and get the necessary information and plans.
2. Indoor, analysis the plans, select tank location, determine the types and the lengths of pipes and the other accessories, then making a quotation.
Finally, I was follow the customers until we reach to agreement.
In addition to participating in (The MENA Oil & Gas Exhibition 2011)
The 2nd International Trade Show for the Oil and Gas serving region, held in Amman-Jordan).
This company is specialized in the supply of mechanical devices and control, especially air conditioning, steam and hot water boilers, fans, valve.
I had training on deciding the appropriate duct unites, boilers upon calculating the heating load and determine duct size by using duct sizing software and I had a practical training mounting such unites, boilers on several project sites manages by the maintained company.
