Support the Projects Management Office team including: tracking status of programs, deliverables and milestones; supporting the adoption of the project lifecycle and deliverables; program level risk and issue coordination; monitoring the status of projects transitioning into normal service; coordination of the regular project and program level reporting cycles; co-ordination of project Governance arrangements, Post Project Reviews, Program level workshops.
Additional responsibilities include assisting with defining and updating the project management processes, standards and governance, assisting Project Managers on large projects, contributing to Quality Reviews, and coordinating activities in support of quality objectives.
Provide project support, when this is the case this will include, amongst other things, ensuring project plans and project documentation are complete and up-to-date, provide regular project status updates, help acquire the necessary resources and skills, and contribute to the delivery of business systems to meet identified business requirements.

Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement strategies aiming to promote the organization’s mission and “voice”
* Create complete business plans for the attainment of goals and objectives set by the board of directors
* Build an effective team of leaders by providing guidance and coaching to subordinate managers
* Ensure adherence of the organization’s daily activities and long-term plans to established policies and legal guidelines
* Direct and oversee investments and fundraising efforts
* Forge and maintain relations of trust with shareholders, partners and external authorities
* Act as the public speaker and public relations representative of the company in ways that strengthen its profile
* Review reports by subordinate managers to acquire understanding of the organization’s financial and non-financial position
* Devise remedial actions for any identified issues and conduct crisis management when necessary
Procurement:
Plan, direct, or coordinate the activities of buyers, purchasing executives, and related workers involved in purchasing materials, products and services.
Analyze market and delivery systems in order to assess present and future material availability.
Control purchasing department budgets. Develop and implement purchasing and contract management instructions, policies, and procedures.
Direct and coordinate activities of personnel engaged in buying and storing materials, equipment, machinery, and supplies.
Resolve vendor or contractor grievances, and claims against suppliers. Review purchase order claims and contracts for conformance to Group's policy.
Review, evaluate, and approve specifications for issuing PO.
Prepare and process requisitions and purchase orders for supplies and equipment.
Provide & draw up strategic long term plan of resources for the works.
Promote creative & effective planning solutions which meet management expectations at the lower possible cost.
Provide the team with technical support on planning, stock management & warehousing.
Optimize the flow of material across projects & maximize the use of resources to obtain best running conditions at lower cost.
Following up with shipper to get timely update on EXWORKS/CIF, related to each Item as agreed in Purchase order with supplier.
Following up with freight forwarder on early clearing and transport of material to plant based on product priority and requirement on site.
Maintain & update the Material Management system in real time.
Sales :
• Confer or consult with top management to plan advertising services and to secure information on equipment and customer specifications.
• Confer with potential customers regarding equipment needs and advise customers on types of equipment & Materials to purchase.
• Determine price schedules and discount rates.
• Prepare budgets and approve budget expenditures.
• Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service.
• Review operational records and reports to project sales and determine profitability.
• Actively market product to clients;
• Establish a sales objective for the department each Year & month and submit it to upper management.
• Understand departmental financial data to determine what is happening in our department. Review financial data that affects our department's profit centers.
• Making every effort to maximize both present and long-term sales and gross profits.
Maintenance :
Manage maintenance of the equipments
Prepare the plan of preventive maintenance
Control equipments allocation on sites
Manage Spare parts Stock
Logistics:
Provide & draw up strategic long term plan of resources for the works.
Promote creative & effective planning solutions which meet management expectations at the lower possible cost.
Provide the team with technical support on planning, stock management & warehousing.
Optimize the flow of material across projects & maximize the use of resources to obtain best running conditions at lower cost.
Ensure Purchasing & QA understand planning constraints when selecting supplier.
Manage logistic Company budget.
Identify dispatched constraints & their consequences across the supply chain.
Following up with shipper to get timely update on EXWORKS/CIF, related to each Item as agreed in Purchase order with supplier.
Taking care of ETD, ETA of all the shipments, so that material is received in time as per exact requirement of plant.
Following up with freight forwarder on early clearing and transport of material to plant based on product priority and requirement on site.
Efficient communication with Inspection & logistics in release of shipment, the safe mode of transportation & receipt at site.
Maintain & update the Material Management system in real time.
