Provide administration support to beneficiaries and /or NRC staff. Registering refugees through UNHCR RAIS registration system. Supporting the officer in delivering NFIs to the right holders. Preparing data reports and analyzing information based on registration data. Directly managing distribution processes as assigned by the project officer. Developing own weekly activity planning with direct supervisor. Reports protection concerns to line manager. Serving as a link between NRC programs and local community. Shares and collects information. Filing project documents in a central location and make sure the records are accurate and available to NRC staff.

As customer service advisor, my tasks and responsibilities were:
Handling customer inquiries, complaints
Key accounts service and technical support to Zain customers.
