Responsible for the administration and efficient daily operation of a full service branch office, including operations, product sales, and customer service.
Provides a superior level of customer relations and promotes the sales and service culture through coaching, guidance and staff motivation; achieves individual and branch sales goals through new business sales
Conducts daily sales and operation assessments and monitors every transaction made in the business to ensures the growth of the business branch and is committed to its success
Determines and develops the annual budget for the daily expenses of the business branch and send some reports to the main branch and gives them updates of the business status.
