Main tasks are as below but not all:
✓ In charge to handle all maintenance call for end users in HO and all branches including
branch setup, maintenance, connectivity monitoring and call escalation to vendors.
Leading Computer Technicians on Installations and Interacting with the Customers to acquire information on Installations and Delivery Locations which is then provided to the Technicians and Drivers accordingly. Ensuring complete customer satisfaction at the end. Preparing Daily Reports on delivered & pending goods and other necessary filing. Reporting directly to Higher Management in case of any issues and also interacting with the Sales Department to avoid any complications with Clients
Delivery & Preparation Department Performing Hardware and Software Installations, on
PC’s Workstations, Notebooks & Servers.
