ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Technical Engineer
• Report to the QA/QC & Technical Manager, control, and monitor all activities related to Quality and Technical Submission.
• Liaise for submission of Material submittals and Specific Method Statement as required according to site work.
• Develop a Specific Method Statement for the required activity including risk assessment and Inspection Test Plan including Checklist based on specifications of the project.
• Manage all work methods and maintain knowledge on all quality assurance standards and monitor continuous application for all quality assurance processes and recommend corrective actions for all processes.
• Working closely with procurement and design department on preparing price and technical evaluation report.
• Ensure all commissioning and handing over document in order
TENDER AND PROPOSAL FOR NEW PROJECT
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Manage associated technical tender preparation including tender drawing, specification and bill of quantities review
• Responsible for the tender submission process for formatting, completeness, consistency and compliance
• Ensure tenders meet company commercial guidelines and have the necessary sign off in accordance with the delegation of authority guidelines.
• Responsible for all associated handover documentation in the event of an order.
• Participate in and actively support company initiatives.
• Ensure tender technical submission comply with the general specifications and market requirements.
• Respond on Tender clarification if required by client
DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION OF AN ENGINEERED SANITARY LANDFILL, IN BURAIMI
Project covers the design and construction of an Engineered Sanitary Landfill (500, 000 cu.m capacity) including 3.5km access road, perimeter landfill road, administrative building, Labour facility building, workshop building and weighbridges
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Construction Engineer
• Responsible in site correspondence letter and MEMO.
• Prepare Material submission, and Method Statement for consultant /client approval.
• Responsible in preparing detail taking-off quantity for the project.
• Prepare procurement plan and review construction program schedule.
• Prepare overall construction methodology and method statement.
• Ensuring all works carry out according to standard & project specification and safety requirement.
• Preparing monthly progress report for submission.
• Update monthly progress schedule
• Coordinate a meeting between sub-contractors to resolve any issue arise.
• Attend meeting with client and consultant.
• Responsible in commissioning and final hand over project
METRO RED LINE SOUTH ELEVATED & AT-GRADE
Project covers the design (Civil and MEP) and construction of 7.2 km metro line including 3 no. elevated metro stations, namely QEZ (Qatar Economic Zone), Barwa and Al Wakra. The line starts from Old Airport Road and continues on the median of Al Wakra Main Road as elevated viaduct to depot area and ends at Al Wakra

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Methods Engineer
• Prepare overall construction methodology and method statement for the whole package of construction.
• Defining the work site installation, execution principles and working method.
• Establish sequence of operation for QA/QC Department (for ITP preparation)
• Recommend methods for improving utilization of personnel, material and utilities.
• Communicate with construction team and sub-contractor to develop methodology in accordance to design standards.
• Prepare Traffic Diversion Plan (TDP) and Temporary Traffic Management Plan (TTM) for submission and approval.
BRUNEI INTEGRATED WASTE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM, SUNGAI PAKU & SUNGAI AKAR, BRUNEI DARUSSALAM.
Design and built contract comprises of Transfer Station Building, engineered landfill and treatment plant at Sungai Paku, waste transfer and logistics station plus three years of operations and maintenance of the Facility.

• Preparing construction method statement for consultant approval. Civil & Structural and Infrastructure works as request by consultant or client.
• Conducting the inspection with consultant to verify & approve the works prior concrete placement activity.
• Ensuring all test done according to standard & project specification.
• Responsible to supervise 8 awarded subcontractors based on work package, and ensuring that all works meet the contract quality and specifications.
• Assist Project manager in preparing the monthly progress report
• Responsible in coordinate meeting between all sub-contractors
• Liaison with consultant to resolve any design issue at site.
• Responsible in commissioning and final hand over to the completion of the project.
