Job Description:
• Responsible about finishing works (Aluminum cladding, Flooring finishing, Celling finishing, Curtain wall, .else)
• Responsible about request of inspection (RFI) in the Project from the subcontractor.
• Responsible about Delivery of the work to the consultant and make handover for the project.
• Making sure that all site activities are in process matching time schedule and moving smoothly with required quality.
• Lead my teams, and keep them motivated and focused on the job.
• Review contractors' invoices and quantity surveyor for building.
• Follow-up construction works.
• Checking interior drawing and coordinating with other disciplines drawing.
• Responsible about architectural design and interior design.
• Responsible for project follow-up.
• Responsible for material purchase orders.
• Review contractors' invoices and quantity surveyor for building.
• Structural shop drawings.
