I worked as a network technician (ISP), for Zain Jordan, one of the biggest telecommunications firms in the Middle East. I matured personally and acquired a lot of new abilities in my industry.
I used to interact regularly with customers through some of the company's systems and provide fixes for their problems.
such as Providing technical assistance to customers subscribed to Enterprise, Broadband, ETTH, FTTH, and Hosting services, I also began collaborating with the engineering division, Help desk engineer, networking, and security systems.
I had an internship as Network Engineer for Noor Net Company, and the internship programme was overseen by engineers from many departments, including:
