Project Lead for a team of functional and technical consultants; responsible for the design, development, as well as the implementation of Raya's e-Tendering Solution at Qatar Foundation.
• Designing and building SCM and Maintenance solutions in line with designated clients’ specifications
• Supporting Oracle products and services in line with an agreed proposal
• Developing test plans, procedures and running the tests accordingly
• Ensuring that new solutions are appropriately captured and put in Advance Customer Service corporate repository
• Interacting with and working alongside the Client team, at customer site as/when required
• Proactively building and maintaining confidence of clients and colleagues.
• Working with Oracle Support to resolve Customers Service Requests.
• Solid understanding of business concepts and practices in the area of SCM and Maintenance
• Representing Oracle professionally to clients, partners and other third parties
• Proactively maintaining knowledge of Oracle's current and future products/solutions offerings
• Working with the client to understand requirements, functionality and business processes
• Translating customer requirements into deliverable products and services
• Contributing to Task Planning and project management as required
• Taking the lead in client relations, as appropriate, ensuring correct expectation setting
• Identifying and analyzing core business processes to design appropriate systems for achieving significant improvements in critical performance measures, such as cost, quality, service and speed.
• Delivering Oracle application-Business Suite implementation projects through all phases of project life cycle - analysis, design, development, testing, implementation and post-production support in alignment with user requirements.
• Conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ascertain functionality, security, quality and regulatory compliance of deployed systems and resolving problems reported by the users.
• Ascertaining that corporation makes maximum use of the general system by organizing CRP sessions and providing training of the principal users.
• Building systems capability that reflects the highest state of technical sophistication consistent with the corporation's needs and budget.
• Developing and implementing error reporting infrastructure for identifying/ determining system issues and rectifying them through application of troubleshooting tools.
• Conducting research to remain up-to-date and knowledgeable with regards to industry trends and emerging technologies in anticipation of new business processes and system alterations.
