facility in the central province with a new partner AKH.

• Planning and execution of machine erection and commissioning
• Review Project Activities and Prepares operational reports.
• Schedules, Directs and assigns duties to engineers, technicians, and other staffs.
• Daily management and coordination of plant operations including production,
logistics and maintenance while ensuring compliance with all labor, safety,
environmental and corporate policies and regulations.
• Responsible for maximizing the daily production (up time),
increasing productivity, minimizing residuals, auditing inbound
and outbound materials.
Watch over and organize the daily operations to assure the efficiency of
production, machine and employees in the plastic plants.
• Develop new products, starting with contributing with marketing and sales, and
end with manufacture the molds and start production.
• Work closely with the EHS Manager to provide a safe workplace for the
employees and plant.
• Assure that the production quality is within the acceptance level.
• Maintain Inventory levels and control flow of product throw production and
warehouse.
Establish the factory plans, and Contribute in the general
company business plan.
• Manage the operational activities for all departments.
• Plan and develop systems and procedures to improve the
operating quality and efficiency of the departments.
• Coordinate with sales department for sale orders.
• Responsible for staff scheduling
Establishing and implement integrated management system
(ISO 9000:2008& ISO14000:2004).
• Full responsibility for implementation of ISO system (QMR)
• Responsibility of applying personal and plant safety system.
• Improve and manage the Q.C laboratory.
Complete responsibility of the TV assembly line.
• Establish the production Plan (MPS and MRP) database.
• Establish a new production line for LCD TV.
