Job Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the supervision and construction of overall civil works of the project
including construction of 132 kV GIS Hall (Gas Insulated system), 13.8kv SwitchgearHall
and basement, Control room, battery room Foundation of Power Transformer, Auxiliary
transformer including construction of power duct bank, cable Trench and Manhole,
foundation of capacitor and Asphalt roads and construction of precast Boundary wall,
construction and supervision of plumbing and drainage system of the project.
• Prepare and review the shop drawing and as built drawing.
• Organize and conduct the physical and chemical test such as (FDT, sieve analysis, slump
cone and temperature etc.) through independent laboratory for material used in construction
like soil, steel and concrete etc.
• Conduct monthly and weekly meeting with main contractor and subcontractor to track the
progress of work.
• Review technical submittals for the approval.
• Making DPR and RFI’s or RMI’s for ongoing project activities, reporting to the project
manager on monthly basis.
• Tracking the work progress percentage through overall time schedule try to implement
measures at site if there found any delay.
• Supervise and monitor the cleanliness of the site through housekeeping and implement the
safety regulations to prevent any accident happen at site.

Cost & Nature of the project: 175 million Saudi Riyal (LSTK)
• U/G Cable for single circuit 1200 mm^2 core for Tabuk-11 s/s to Tabuk-9 s/s 3.0km
length approx in 6 sections of 500 meters.
• U/G Cable for single circuit 1200 mm^2 core from 6A to 5B s/s, 850 m. approx. in 3
sections.
• U/G Cable for single circuit 1200mm ^2 core from 6A to Univ. s/s, 850 m. approx. in
3 sections.
• U/G Cable for single circuit 1200mm ^2 core from Univ. s/s to 132kv Gantry 3.25
km. approx. in 6 sections.
• U/G Cable for double circuit 2000mm^2 from 132kv Gantry To 380kv s/s for length
400meters approx. in 1 section.
• Constructions of 132kv OHTL double circuit for approx. length around 17.8km from
BSP 380kv to University Gantry.
• Constructions of 132kv OHTL double circuit for approx. length around 23.4km from
BSP 380kv to substation-11 Gantry.
Job Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the supervision of overall civil works including the construction of U/G
cable trench 1.2m wide and 1.80m depth for laying single circuit power cable of 1200mm ^2
core dia. over sand bedding of thermal resistivity around 300mm thk. After laying the cable
overlaid 1.2 m thermal sand followed by protective tiles and geo grid mesh and warning
tapes before laying sub base. Finally after sub base lay, the material is compacted to 95%
•
where is asphalt road is laid. Precast Manhole installation is needed to be done at every
corner or bend comes during the route for the cable laying process.
• Responsible for the construction of cable joint bay where ever jointing of cable is needed.
• Responsible for the construction of 132 kv Overhead Transmission line including the
construction of 132kv Gantry and its support structure like construction of Surge Arrestor
(SA) & Cable sealing End (CSE) etc. For the above project said as per design the Auger
foundation or pier foundation for tower substructure construction is followed having the
Dia. range varies from 1.0m to 1.6 m for Small angle (SA), Medium Angle (MA) to Heavy
Angle (HA). Depth of Auger foundation varies from minimum 10.0m to maximum 12.0m.
• Responsible for the construction of 132kv Gantry including construction of support structure
likes CSE and SA. As per design the construction comprises as Pad and Chimney for support
structure. Conduct inspection for layout of the structure including and other sub activities
inspection like steel inspection and shuttering as proceed in later stage.
• Responsible for concrete protection with Epoxy an emulsion of bituminous material which
will be done all over the structure as protection layer for concrete.
• At the final stage of the construction, backfill the structure to the excavated area with the
approved fill in layer by layer as of 300mm thick and get ensured the compaction percentage
as of 90% for unpaved asphalt areas and for above 95% for Asphalt paved areas.

corridor which includes the two in nos. of potable water tank of approx dia. 20m and two in
nos. of non potable water tank of approx dia. of 10m with two pump houses.
• Simultaneously the construction of the reinforcement concrete pipe rack has been made of
10.0m to 12.0m of length with section thickness approx 40cm to 50 cm thick for future gas
pipe line.

Project Highlights:
The shoreline zone is approximately 6.50 kilometer long and the width varies from 50 m
to over 500 m. The scope of work includes site preparation, earthwork, grading and storm
drainage, roadway including pavement markings and traffic signs, pedestrian paths, sanitary
wastewater system, potable and fire water distribution, irrigation system, landscaping works,
electrical power distribution, street lighting system, landscaping works, telecommunication and

Job Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the implementation of Quality control procedure on the ongoing project
activities.
• Responsible for the implementing the quality control Organization chart.
• Follow up inspection with the site engineer prior to follow up with the client engineer.
• Prepare the format of civil activities for the Hold point release in M.S.Word
• Follow up with the sub contractor in order to arrange the proper document for the equipment
