• Conducting knowledge transfer (Broadband - smart city) sessions with respected entities like (Roshn Real Estate Developer - iLeads - HBRC for diferent consultancy sessions - EGATRC for African business leaders).
Managing smart telecom infrastructure Implementation processes for the New capital.
Rollout, monitoring and managing consultancy process model between ACUD and implementation contractors.
Preparing and Reviewing the general contracting framework for FTTx / optical transmission networks inside New Capital boundaries.
Ensure Quality Management through consultancy process.
Communicate to senior management regarding the progress and issues of the projects.
Manage risks as they arise and identify potential risk and find ways to mitigate them.
Leading Technical team for reviewing and deploying telecom network infrastructure aspects supporting both telecommunications and smart services.

- Ensuring integration of new city network with the national telecom network.

Contributing member of Releasing NTRA technical guidelines and technical codes for smart city infrastructure and services.

Contribute with internal sectors for describing, analyzing and formalizing of ICT/telecom services relevant to Smart Cities.

Initiating, updating and enforcing Key-Performance Indicators relevant to Smart Cities.
Contribute with internal/external sectors for Smart Cities’ developing training initiatives.
