• Lead team for Creating, innovating and benchmarking National Digital strategy with strong impacts on Smart City strategies, Broadband strategy Data Strategy, and Digital transformation strategy.
• Enforcing regulatory rules, frameworks and guidelines for ensuring telecom companies follows the national broadband plan/strategy
• Contributing in several national codes and guidelines related to new telecom era (wireless densifications, long range cells coverage, FTTx domain solutions, smart cities….). National Code for smart cities part 2 - brown field
• Leading roll out team for Broadband Universal services strategy and solutions that focusing on citizens rights of telecom services especially rural areas.
• Team member and contributor in Egyptian committee in in-land International Submarine Cable Protection.
• Focusing in data management / policies for smart cities, smart services and smart city asset management.
• Conducting knowledge transfer (Broadband - smart city) sessions with respected entities like (Roshn Real Estate Developer - iLeads - HBRC for diferent consultancy sessions - EGATRC for African business leaders).

 Managing smart telecom infrastructure Implementation processes for the New capital.
 Rollout, monitoring and managing consultancy process model between ACUD and implementation contractors.
 Preparing and Reviewing the general contracting framework for FTTx / optical transmission networks inside New Capital boundaries.
 Ensure Quality Management through consultancy process.
 Communicate to senior management regarding the progress and issues of the projects.
 Manage risks as they arise and identify potential risk and find ways to mitigate them.
 Leading Technical team for reviewing and deploying telecom network infrastructure aspects supporting both telecommunications and smart services.

 Managing, reviewing the design of the internal telecommunication network (initial design) according to the codes issued by NTRA.
 Coordinating with (Telecom Egypt) in respect to smart city projects including, but not limited to:-
- Ensuring integration of new city network with the national telecom network.
- Ensuring that TE executes approved telecom networks design or nearby.
 Contributing member of Releasing NTRA technical guidelines and technical codes for smart city infrastructure and services.
 Contributing member of Issuing national codes in coordination with governmental entities (HBRC, MOH) for smart city infrastructure and services. “National Code for smart cities part 1 - green field, National code for Fiber Optics networks”
 Contribute with internal sectors for describing, analyzing and formalizing of ICT/telecom services relevant to Smart Cities.
 Contribute with internal sectors for describing, analyzing and formalizing of add-on services by telecom services relevant to Smart Cities.
 Initiating, updating and enforcing Key-Performance Indicators relevant to Smart Cities.
 Contribute with internal/external sectors for Smart Cities’ developing training initiatives.
 studying relevant regulatory studies for Smart City projects.
