 Perform business gap analysis for potential clients
 Assessing all the departments of the company (Clients) and creating SWOT Analysis
 Creating a business plan containing areas of challenges and recommendations and potential for growth for the company as well as functional strategies
 Developing a customized Terms of reference of the development projects for clients based on the current situation and the proposed business plan
 Monitoring the implementation of the development projects from the Kick Off till the closure phase
 Review project reports and formulate recommendations
 Play a key role in Service provider selection and contracting ethically
 Clients (Food, Agro, Chemical, Textile and Printing and Packaging Sectors) along with Projects (Quality, HR, Marketing, Finance, production, Export and Energy)
 Acts as a leading force and motivator for modernization amongst the regional business community
 Undertakes necessary planning and reporting, including an annual Business Plan;
 Lead & motivate the Business Development Advisors and monitor their performance to help them achieve their KPIs
 Promote strong ethics, ensuring fair and equitable treatment of staff and contributing to commitment to diversity
 Carry out and solve any issues related to the operation day today

 Recruit new clients and assist in their registration with IMC, ensuring complete legal documentation of registration;
 Take the lead in project selection and development;
 Prepare Terms of Reference for Services to Clients;
 Play a key role in Service provider selection and contracting ethically;
 Follow up with activities of consultants and service providers;
 Review project reports and formulate recommendations;
 Monitor project implementation;
 Perform and follow procedures according to the agreed upon KPI's within the overall Performance Policy of the IMC;
 Prepare Sector Reports in their regions;
 Initiate requisitions and Terms of Reference (TOR);
 Develop request for proposals and tender dossiers;
 Develop contract documentation;
 Ensure getting formal approvals from Sector head according to IMC procedures in every interventions
