❖ I'm working at PCC group, PCC is the mother company and its sisters:- -Egyptian European company (EEC) a manufacture located in Public free zone Alexandria-
Egypt, producing Polyethylene Powder and export all the production (mostly Europe, North
Africa, Arabian Gulf)
-Eastern Elite company (EEC) a manufacturer located in Public free Zone Aqaba - Jordan
-Egyptian for Roto & Master Batch Company (Ermc) a manufacturer located in public free
Zone Alexandria - Egypt, producing Master batches and Filler.
-PCC Italia is a distributor located in Ravenna - Italy
 My department is responsible of all procedures starting from sending offers to our clients till deliver the cargo to our final customer
 Regarding Sales procedures:-
 We are sending offers to our customers monthly as our product's price is being changed monthly according to the worldwide indications.
 Discussing & negotiating to finalize the orders based on best conditions.
 Issuing the PIs and receiving the official purchasing orders
 Following the payment of each client and confirming with our financial department that they received the amounts in our bank account.
 Revising the LC in all forms.
 Following with our factories the available quantities for sale, for produce, for stock, etc.
 Arranging the shipping of orders based on best freight rates and suitable transit time.
 Issuing the required shipping Docs to enable our customers to pay minimum taxes and charges.
 Study the trading agreements between countries and the new situations to focus our sales efforts in which religion, also Survey the global market situation which guide us to prepare attractive offers & penetrating the new markets by following the volume of trading between countries and present reports.
 Strengthen the relationships and make it friendly with all parties to take care about our orders & to receive best rates and best customer services.
 Expert in negotiation with all parties to decrease the expenses and to increase the profits, as we continually searching for the best freight rates and best services.
 Solving problems related the shipments till are delivered to our customers' warehouses.
 Working with banks and know well the LC issues.
 Searching for new suppliers/ manufactures and present report about the more suitable based on many points, like the taxes, transportation costs & the time of delivery.
 Preparing the various reports as shown below:
Daily reports to follow the processing of shipping procedures.
Quarterly & annual reports which show; production quantities of our factories, customers purchasing trends &countries volumes, also make statistically which shows the customers behavior, when increase the purchasing orders when decreased the orders & try to offer logical reasons .
 Participating in the trade fairs due to my communication skills and my ability to make instant deals with our visitors.
