o Truck maintenance cost trends
o Truck performance
o Truck downtime / dwell reporting
o Outside vendor performance
o Shop and individual mechanic performance
o KPIs and other internal metrics
o Tire reports
o Various fleet costing reports
o Processes warranty paperwork and monitors warranty status.
o Follows up on claims and reconciles warranty receivables
o Establishes procedures for maintaining & recording physical control of warranty item to be returned
• Assists with data entry process to the maintenance system
