▪ Provide information and assistance to attendees, including directions, schedule changes, and resolving any problems or complaints to ensure seamless event execution.
▪ Arrange catering services, including menu selection, food and beverage service, and accommodation of special dietary requests.
▪ Implement security measures and emergency response plans to ensure the safety of all event attendees and participants.
▪ Revise all invoices and calculate profit for each operation file.
▪ Provide assistance and support to customers through direct phone calls.
▪ Address customer inquiries related to billing, account information, service plans, technical issues, and general questions about products and services.
▪ Identify and resolve customer issues and concerns promptly and effectively and following up to ensure the problem is resolved.
▪ Assist customers with billing-related inquiries, including explaining charges, processing payments, and resolving billing disputes.
