-Work with the business development program to provide technical assistance to persons starting a new business including evaluating business and marketing plans, financial performance, and projected cash flows.
-Coordinate and teach technical assistance group education and/or sessions.
-Tracks service delivery and outcomes in customer database, and reviews documentation of all business development-counseling sessions in cooperation with staff.
-Document all time spent with customers in customer databases.
-create customer computer file and promptly input new client data into data collection systems. Add counseling information after each additional counseling session.
-Analyzes, evaluates, and reports credit worthiness of current and prospective business customers with lending team or for customer action plan.
-Evaluates existing customer performance through spreadsheet analysis of different financial statements.
-Assist in marketing strategies and business development programs.
-participate in business technical assistance team meetings.
• Responsible for implementing an organization's business development strategy and identifying new business opportunities.
• Acquire new partners which serve consumer base and align with the organization strategy.

• Receive comment and approve on behalf of the Landlord the fitting-out proposals which include concept design approval and detailed design approval, provide to the Landlord advice on the tenants’ proposals as required and liaising with the consultants as necessary
• Monitor design and construction progress as fit out continues and potential design, construction and programme issues.
• Process, monitor and drive variation requests to allocated units to EI’s and ensure changes as highlighted are being made on site
• Ensure the Tenants have paid in full all their financial obligations prior to consent to operate certificate being issued.
