• Managing operations in the visa application center on behalf of the embassy, and ensuring that the process runs smoothly & implemented within the predetermined service level Agreement.
• Reviewing, assessing and processing the visa applications while providing appropriate solutions, consultation and accurate information about the procedures and the requirements.
• Communicating the applicant’s case to the embassy’s staff.
• Fully understand and adhere to the company’s policies and objectives, and work on achieving them effectively and efficiently according to the set targets.
• Develop effective relationship with customers by providing them with full service knowledge.
• Maximize revenue generation from value added service to reach long and short term goals.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and annually reports on all activities and measuring the progress according to the business plan.

• Communicate & report all operational issues to the management.
• Assist mentoring new hires and leading the operations team by setting individual objectives, managing performance, developing and motivating staff, and providing formal and informal feedback.
