• To Schedule Maintenance Work for Cairo metro line 3 ( Phase 1, 2, 4A, 4B, 3A, 3B (soon).
• Managing, Developing, implementing, and maintaining an effective scheduling planning system.
• Preparing maintenance 365 Master planning and scheduling ( In-house, RDMC-Subcontractors, & NAT Warranty Sub-contractors) activities required for preventive Daily, weekly Monthly, yearly maintenance activities for all 16 Sub-systems ( Air treatment, Tunnel Ventilation, Escalator & Elevator, Fire fighting, Dewatering, Security Device, Supervisory, Depot Equipment, Rotem, Mitsubishi, AFC, Signaling, Telecom, Centralized Control, Track, & Power Supply).
• Producing Preventive maintenance Job plans, Preventive maintenance Master Plans, Frequencies, & Routes on Maximo ( MMS ) according to operating modes, Sops, and related documentation.
• Advise when a scheduled maintenance work orders downtime should be rescheduled accordingly communicate and coordinate new plan.
• Monitor and issuing PM Work orders on Maximo compared with Plan Values.
• Making Forecasting maintenance plans for to optimize utilization.
• Reporting Preventive & Corrective maintenance Compliance & Performance.
• Presenting weekly KPI Dashboard with the progress & achievement for the closure of PM / CM work orders & service requests.
• Working closely with supply chain to construct 365 plan for the calibration for maintenance tools.
• Producing Calibration tool plans & work orders on Maximo to track and monitor the calibration for all sub systems maintenance tools.
