Responsible for realizing organization's vision through maintaining the quality of company's products, monitoring quality control activities to ensure meeting customer specifications, follow up the corrective actions and evaluate their adequacy, coaching and managing quality control team
* Implementing the quality control procedures in the company to ensure that quality control program is being implemented efficiently and according to the documented predefined procedures
* Participate in determining the standards of quality specifications requested from the production team
* Studying & Implementing the last researches and developments in the field of the company industry
* Maintaining tests to ensure that the quality control program is being implemented according to the quality control department requirements
* Participating in evaluating the quality control problems and gives proposals for solutions
* Ensuring that the equipment quality assurance plan is followed correctly
* Maintaining Periodic revising for the quality control procedures
* Preparing products quality reports and maps to determine the deviation in production
* Responsible for maintaining effective quality control documentation
- ensure that processes of the QMS are established and maintained
- assure that there is appropriate liaison with internal/external parties on matters relating to the QMS

- Analyze and provide input regarding quality of raw materials, purchased parts, and other items required

- Work with the Manufacturing Department to initiate effective containment and investigation activities to prevent further outflow in-house and to customer
