Create New business opportunities and extend the company market share by establishing
new long-term business relationship with international manufacturers and suppliers through
Agency Agreements.
Building market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating,
and closing business relationships.
Support and qualify the International Manufacturers and Suppliers to be VEC in KOC, KNPC,
MEW, etc. and all Kuwaiti mega companies and contractors.
Identify sales leads, pitch services to new clients and maintain a good working relationship
with old and new contacts.
Attending international exhibitions in order to enforce the company relationship with
international principals and foster new business relations with international Manufacturers
and business Partners.
Review and negotiate Agency Agreements with potential principals in comply with the company
aims and policies.
Generating new sales leads and contracts, following up new business opportunities and
setting up meetings.
Planning and preparing presentations and communicating new
product developments to prospective clients.
Prepare quotations (Technical and commercial offer) matching the requirements of Tender or RFQ.
Overseeing the development of marketing literature.
Writing reports and providing management with feedback.
• Setting goals and developing plans for business and revenue growth
• Researching, planning, and implementing new target market initiatives
• Researching prospective accounts in target markets
• Pursuing leads and moving them through the sales cycle
• Developing quotes and proposals for prospective clients
Promoting the company's existing brands and introducing new products and services to the market.
Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding market
requirements, identifying market needs, and recommend improvements to achieve the
company's goals.
Gathering, investigating, summarizing market data into reports and implementing new sales plans.
Maintaining relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understanding
their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities.
Staying current in the industry by attending educational opportunities, conferences,
and workshops, reading publications, and maintaining personal and professional networks
Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base
and ensure it’s strong presence.
Managing recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
The agent and the Representative of the following brands in Oil & Energy and Electrical Fields:
- ROSEN - EATON -- MEM (SANTON Switch Gears ) - -HENIKWON ( Bus Duct System ).
Provide technical and sales support to district sales teams with emphasis on providing
technical presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.
Foster strong relationship with potential customers, partners and resellers.
Present complex technical explanations and proof of concept to non-technical professionals
in a clear and concise manner.
Coordinate with sales activities and leading executive teams to plan and execute sales
penetration strategies to new regional markets.
Create periodic reports that outline projects, meetings, conferences and sales reports.
