Education

Bachelor's degree, Metallurgy & Material Science Engineering
  • at Faculty of Petrpleum & Mining Engineering, Suez Canal University.
  • September 2004

The main modules are: METALLURGY in which the internal nature of materials is described; METAL FORMING, in which several metal deformation processes are explained. CASTING is that shows the deferent casting processes. CORROSION module explains corrosion mechanisms and methods of corrosion protections. METAL TEST is the module that shows destructive and non-destructive tests of materials. WELDING that shows how to join metals using heat energy and the possible resulted defects. FAILURE ANALYSIS that studies how to investigate about causes of failures. MATERIAL EXTRACTION that explains a wide range of metals extraction processes from its original ores. Graduation project was NON-DESTRUCTIVE INSPECTION OF WELDMENT which is considered to be a study about the testing methods of welds in refineries and plants pressurized equipments. Above subjects was in addition to some other modules such as NUCLEAR ENGINEERING, CERAMICS, THERMODYNAMICS, etc. These modules were accompanied with training in steel making, and oil companies.
