Project: Drilling and Completion of Chevron Nigeria Limited Agbami Infill Wells Campaign (OML 127).
• Maintained 75% of working day presence at the worksite, especially in high-risk, high-activity work areas.
• Performed spot-checks on the correct execution of permitted work activities in compliance with PTW procedure.
• Coordinated and conducted routine PTW audits and assumes role as focal point for PTW audits.
• Ensured appropriate dissemination of HSE policies, procedures and guidance documentation.
• Tracked and advised line management for overdue or expired permits, certificates, forms and maintained
records and hard copies of all PTW documentation as per document retention policy.
• Consulted with personnel including safety leaders and department heads on all matters concerning safety.
• Participated in crew safety meetings and supervisors’ meetings as requested; present topics/findings from the
week at the Weekly Safety Meeting.

Project: Drilling & Completion of Oil and Gas Wells for SPDC and NAOC in Nigeria.

• Provided safety and environmental advice to rig personnel on protection of the environment.
