Reservation and Revenue Management:

 Collaborating with the sales and marketing team to promote room sales and special packages.

 Overseeing administrative tasks such as record- keeping, report generation, and correspondence.
 Ensuring compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
 Managing the front office budget, including forecasting and cost control.

Technology and System Management:

 Supervising the use of property management systems (PMS) and other technology tools.
 Ensuring accurate and up-to-date guest information in the PMS.
 Implementing and optimizing technology solutions to improve operational efficiency.
