Completing all occupational safety and health files and records.
Investigation of incidents to identify the direct and root causes and find preventive and corrective actions to prevent the recurrence of such accidents or near misses in the future.
Implementation of all ISO 45001:2018 and ISO 14001:2015 documents.
Manage reports and present summaries to the top management with suggested solutions.
Recording all the NCR and unsafe acts at deviations sheet with the suggested corrective action.
Assist in compliance of risk assessments for each activity with the manager responsible for each activity.
Reviewing and approving various types of PTW.
Develop HSE training plan and conduct TBT for all employees.
Conducting Emergency drills on facing emergencies and laying out different scenarios for them with concerned departments

I studied at Faculty of Science - Alexandria university for 4 years , in both fields Chemistry as major department and Physics as minor department . I graduated with CV 2.4 out of 4
