As a consultant project manager specializing in infrastructure projects, my responsibilities include:
• Monitoring the execution to ensure compliance with local specifications and regulations and delivering all infrastructure networks to the relevant authorities in accordance with the residential plan's requirements.
• Acting as the primary liaison between the company and clients, as well as selected subcontractors, throughout the execution of infrastructure program.
• Negotiate project scope changes with clients and subcontractors, ensuring alignment with goals.
• Develop and oversee project plans, safety protocols, quality strategies, and documentation.
• Direct and control all project aspects, including operations, budgets, schedules, and communication with stakeholders.
• Manage field operations, including procurement, labour relations, and payroll functions as required.
As an Engineering Manager of GCS Company, I've assumed a multifaceted role in overseeing the company's operations, driving growth, and ensuring excellence in project execution.
Some of the current projects under my Supervision:
- Master Plan for Ahmed Qasim Hospital in Bahri - Phase II: The project entails conducting environmental studies, designing a water harvesting system, constructing five new buildings and optimizing space utilization post-development. The primary goals are to improve environmental sustainability and healthcare services.
- Urgent Solution for Rehabilitating Bot Dam - Phase II: This project involves the rehabilitation of Bot Dam, which is one of the small dams constructed as part of water harvesting projects in the Blue Nile State with a capacity of 5 million cubic meters.
In addition to the project’s supervision, here are some of my responsibilities encompass a wide range of functions:
- Project Management: Leading a dynamic team engaged in diverse projects encompassing architecture, structural engineering, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing).
- Infrastructure Development: Guiding critical projects such as Phase Two of the Master Plan Project for Ahmed Qasim Hospital in Bahri.

- Administrative Supervisor of Hydraulics and Sanitary Engineering Labs.
- Member and rapporteur of committees: Scientific Research, Safety and Laboratories, Examinations Committee.
- Lecturer of the following subjects (MSc & BSc degree): Design of dams and reservoirs, Hydraulics Structures, Design of Treatment Units and Ground Water Engineering, Applied Hydraulics (I & II), GIS and Remote sensing, Environmental Engineering, Sanitary Engineering, Computer Application, Programming Languages.
- Supervisor of Master projects, undergraduate bachelors, technical bachelors and 3-year diploma
During my tenure as Construction Manager at Organic for advanced agricultural services, a pioneering company in agricultural advisory methods and modern irrigation techniques, I played a pivotal role in applying the latest advancements in applied science to agricultural practices. Some of the current projects under my Supervision:
- Raghd Agricultural Project: involves drilling artesian wells, constructing a full drip irrigation system, and cultivating various agricultural crops on an area of 15, 000 acres. It also includes the construction of all necessary facilities within the project.
- Al-Alyab Project: The project involves the implementation of a Centre-pivot irrigation system, conducting agricultural economic studies, and providing agricultural guidance for various crops. It aims to optimize land usage in terms of productivity and soil fertility.
Main activities and responsibilities
- Acted as interim General Manager, ensuring seamless operations in their absence.
- Contributed to strategic planning, policy development, and quality management system implementation to enhance organizational efficiency.
In addition to the responsibilities outlined, here are some of the projects under my Supervision:
- Designing the Hafeer and Red Sidak drain in Blue Nile State for water harvesting with a 100, 000 cubic meter capacity.
- Creating a drinking water distribution network in ElFarahsin, Nile River state.
- Assessing the environmental impact of treated water discharge into the Soba sewage station on the White Nile.
- Designing a Stormwater drainage system for West Omdurman in Khartoum State.
- Design of drip irrigation projects in different states in Sudan
- Direct consultant on project's execution steps
- Making urgent modification on project designs according to necessities
- Preparing the Bill of Quantities for the project
- Member of problem-solving team, to solve urgent construction issues.

- Member of the Technical Office.

- Data analysis and preparation of management reports in PowerPoint and Excel for the Company’s automotive customers such as Jaguar Land Rover, Volkswagen, Daimler, REW.
- Searching and editing information on a vast range of automotive industry subjects.
- Analysis of customer feedback in online sources in English language.
- Update the databases: Identification of new relevant sources.
