- JOB DESCRIPTION:-
-Assigned in layout and elevation of the project
- Check the compaction needed and test result
- Check all the varies excavation of the foundation layout.
- Check and Prepared all the necessary Borings
- Prepared all SPT and CPT for soil testing.
- Computation for Earthworks, excavation and backfilling
- Check all the numbers of steel from foundation column, beams and slab etc.
- Check the grades of the reinforcing steel.
- Computation for Concrete works lean concrete, foundation, Grade Beam,
Column, Beam, Slab, and Stair.
- Estimate all Quantity of steel, concrete, blocks, cement, materials for structure
plywood and scaffolding etc.
- Check all works in construction based on the specification and ACI Code
- Prepared shop drawing to be implement in site and distribute to sub-contractor
- Prepared accomplishment report for sub-contractors
- Prepared invoice for sub-contractors
- Computation for Block works & Plastering
- Computation for Finishing item, tiles, marble, ceiling, railing, counter top etc.
- Doors & windows
- Monitor all manpower needed and duration date of the Project
- Implementation of Q.C. and Safety Rules and Regulation.
