• Direct Responsibility for the enterprise accounts in KSA - eastern province.
• Driving revenues through existing account and project acquisition.
• Collaborate with vendor and distributor to help the customers to fulfill them IT training plans.
• Developing and enhance sustainable relationships with accounts.
• Developing a pipeline of opportunities in order to achieve sales target.
• Generate a credible sales forecast and reports and provide this information on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly basis to Senior Management.
• Qualifying new accounts and opportunities and add them to the account list, on quarter basis.
• Align with operation, marketing and consultancy team to fulfil customer’s needs.
• Responsible for major account in industrial and finance sector.
• Developing sales within both existing and new business accounts.
• Writing proposals for prospective clients.
• Negotiating commercial and license agreements with clients.
• Once a sale has been made then advising clients on IT implementation and training.
• Arranging for after / post sale support to clients.
• Applying for tenders
• Develop and generate a new business from different countries (Qatar, Libya, and Yemen).
• Selling IT services and align with the customers and consultancy.
• Develop the pipeline to achieve the target.
• Responsible for SMB account in Egypt.
• Present company services to the customers.
• Chasing up leads with follow up phone calls.
• Cold calling for new business.
• Giving sales presentations to customers.
