Duties & Responsibilities:
Prepare and issue of Request for Quotation (RFQ), for each system and equipment.
Study the tender documents and drawings, notifying important points and Extracting the technical clarifications and deviation.
Site Survey and preparing technical reports required for support in technical offers.
Review of quotations offers from the different suppliers to achieve the most economical and technically accepted solution according to specifications.
Prepare the technical and commercial offer matching with client specification/requirements and meet my company target.
Finishing all technical discussion, price negotiation and payment terms with the suppliers to provide a final quotation that meets specification and target price.
Follow up Purchase Orders to ensure issue P.O. to supplier.
Coordinate with the consultant for submitting & approval of materials/long lead items and asked the suppliers to provide the necessary technical explanation and support if need.
Prepare pricing comparison sheet of each system/ materials for different suppliers and chose the best price that meets specification.
Preparing daily, weekly and monthly work progress report.
Electrical installation/commissioning/start-up and supervision.
Handing over electrical works to the consultant.
Preparing the materials take-off & invoice.
Follow up Purchase Orders to ensure availability of all materials.
Reviewing shop drawings and preparing take-off.
FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) & SAT (Site Acceptance Test) for (Transformers, RMU, Panels, Generator, Package Substation, UPS).
Preparing the method statement.
Installation and Supervision of: (RMU, LV/MV Switchgear, transformers dry and oil and LV system Such as (Generator, low voltage busway, low voltage switchgear, ATS, switchboards, DB, PB, MCC, cabling system (Cable trays & cables (Power, controls& low current)), UPS system, Earthing system, lightning protection system, power system, external & internal lighting and HVAC power.
Installation and Supervision of Low Current Such as (Fire Alarm, Public Address, IP Tel. & Data, IP Cam, CCTV, Nurse Call and Master Clock).
Handing over electrical works to the consultant.
Preparing the materials take-off.
Preparing the monthly invoice.
Reviewing shop drawings.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Electrical Installation and Supervision of: (RMU, LV/MV Switchgear, transformers dry and oil and LV system Such as (Generator, Low Voltage Busway Schneider, ATS Panels, Bus coupler panels, Switchboards, Distribution Boards, Panel Boards, MCC, LCP, LCS, MCP, Plant Cabling System (Cable trays & cables (Power, Control, Instrumentation)), UPS System, Earthing System, Lightning Protection System, External & Internal Lighting.
Installation and Supervision of Low Current (Fire Alarm, Data System).
Installation, Pre-Commissioning, Commissioning & Start-up of (Water Treatment, Sewage Treatment, Reverse Osmosis and Iron Removal Plants).
Troubleshooting Electrical Panels such as (MCC, MCP and LCP).
Handing over all electrical works to the consultant and the owner.
Making of electrical tests at site such as (Motor insulation test (meggering), cables meggering and continuity, motor phase rotation, Measurement of Earth Resistance (Three-point method) for Earthing System & Lightning Protection System, loop check and calibration of instrumentation).
FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) & SAT (Site Acceptance Test) of Electrical Panels.
Design of Classical (Relay) Control Panels.
Review of electrical designs, specifications and drawings.
Review of P&ID, Instrumentation Index, Instrumentation List, Control Philosophy and I/O List of Control System.
Attending meetings at site with Owner and Consultant.
Assist in studying tenders.
Assist in Preparing Site Visit Technical Reports required for Technical Offers of Rehabilitation and Refurbishment Plants.
Assist in preparing Technical Offers.
Preparing technical submittals.
Follow up Purchase Orders to ensure availability of all materials.
Preparation of Electrical BOM’s, Quotation, Purchase Requisition, P.O finalization.
Preparing maintenance schedules.
Responsible for maintenance & Operation.
Client staff training for (Generator - PLC (Siemens S7-400) - SCADA).
