Duties & Responsibilities:
 Prepare and issue of Request for Quotation (RFQ), for each system and equipment.
 Study the tender documents and drawings, notifying important points and Extracting the technical clarifications and deviation.
 Site Survey and preparing technical reports required for support in technical offers.
 Review of quotations offers from the different suppliers to achieve the most economical and technically accepted solution according to specifications.
 Prepare the technical and commercial offer matching with client specification/requirements and meet my company target.
 Finishing all technical discussion, price negotiation and payment terms with the suppliers to provide a final quotation that meets specification and target price.
 Follow up Purchase Orders to ensure issue P.O. to supplier.
 Coordinate with the consultant for submitting & approval of materials/long lead items and asked the suppliers to provide the necessary technical explanation and support if need.
 Prepare pricing comparison sheet of each system/ materials for different suppliers and chose the best price that meets specification.
 Preparing daily, weekly and monthly work progress report.
 Electrical installation/commissioning/start-up and supervision.
 Handing over electrical works to the consultant.
 Preparing the materials take-off & invoice.
 Follow up Purchase Orders to ensure availability of all materials.
 Reviewing shop drawings and preparing take-off.
 FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) & SAT (Site Acceptance Test) for (Transformers, RMU, Panels, Generator, Package Substation, UPS).
 Preparing the method statement.
