Responsible for all aspects of production to include planning, organizing, staffing, directing, measuring, controlling and reporting of the manufacturing division of the company. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Lead operations to include manufacturing, planning, engineering, maintenance, safety and implementation of new products line productions. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and R&D to create new products, production and timelines from start-up and through business thereafter. Coordinate with food safety/quality control department to adhere to and advance all safety/quality standards and procedures. Prepare and maintain standards in accordance with both internal and 3rd party certifications and programs. Focus on continuing improvement of food and facility safety and product consistency. Mentor and develop current staff as well as interview and train new staff to achieve a team with sufficient candidates for promotion and a work environment that promotes communication, ownership of goals, pride and commitment to producing the consistent and best products in their respective categories.
