Develop credit turnover ratio by analyze credit turnover velocity for each dealer, rep and work with units sales managers to take the necessary corrective action.
Prepare business plan for the next year by standing on previous sales trends, Market share analysis and Available TOT.
Analyze KPIs to improve availability and increase distribution to gain the market leadership
Prepare a monthly review with units sales managers to discuss Monthly and Yearly performance and put action plan for the coming periods to achieve the agreed budget.
Develop sales operation team through in-job training, allocate duties, motivate inspiration and brainstorming.
Prepare daily sales reports and analyze weekly, Monthly and Yearly Performance.
Dealers & Routes sales analysis and comparing with previous year sales and current year agreed budget
Prepare daily forecast reports for unit sales manager
Entering sales force commission target
Work on Customers complains and solve it with Area sales Managers
Prepare Initiatives tracking sheet on Weekly bases.
