• • Leading Project Management services as Client Representative for Meraas on the City Walk 2 development at the center of Jumeira within close proximity of Burj Khalifa and Downtown.
The project consists of hotels, hotel apartments, entertainment, and a shopping mall. Phase 2 is estimated at 4 billion AED to be delivered this year.
• Providing Project Management services as Client Representative by leading all activities relating to the design, procurement, and construction of a 7 billion AED sea-side project in the heart of Dubai. The Deira Waterfront Development is a multi-use, residential, office, hotel, and retail space, complete with an extensive infrastructure system. Responsible for project management services from the Master plan stage to award of contracts and construction for the client, Investment Corporation of Dubai, the investment arm for the government of Dubai.

• • Led the construction of the King’s most prestigious academic facility in Saudi Arabia. The King Abdulaziz university is a public, multi campus university, covering 850 hectares, 24 faculties, 50, 000 candidates, more than 160 academic departments, and 2100 teaching staff.
• In addition to the hundreds of buildings covering classrooms, laboratories and other facilities, there are 23 administrative offices, a central library, a medical research center, a University hospital, a sports stadium, a conference hall, bank, central dining facilities, a post office, and more.
• In November 2012, took additional responsibilities for the construction of the high speed haramain rail project; a 450 km railway which will link the two holy cities Mecca and Madinah via Jeddah for a total cost of 14 Billion SAR. The construction includes tunnels, culverts, ducts, bridges, roads, and buildings.
. In June 2014 moved back to Jeddah head office to lead the Jeddah and Mecca remaining segments o the Railway track construciton.

• Remraam is a master plan community offering a mix of studio, one, two and three-bedroom residences. Community facilities include swimming pools, nurseries, gyms, tennis and basketball courts, a dedicated shopping mall, entertainment and dining outlets.
• Remraam - the Arabian themed 200 residential building community offering an upscale living that takes into account the value of money element.
• Led Construction from the Master plan and building permit stage to the present with fifty buildings reaching full height. Infrastructure work, including sanitary, water, drainage and road networks, is 90% completed. STP and 132 KV power sub station construction is under way.
• Mizin, the real estate development arm of Dubai Properties LLC (a member of Dubai Holding), was created to introduce innovative ideas that combine unique value propositions with timely execution that is in line with the highest international standards.
• Recognized for exemplary leadership & achievement in October 2009, and promoted to Executive Director for keeping project on schedule during very tough economic times.

• Responsible for the execution of other high rise commercial, residential, hotel, and infrastructure projects in UAE.
• Tameer’s many projects include the Princess Tower, which is considered the world’s tallest residential tower. It occupies an area of 37, 000 sq ft and stands at a proud 107 floors high.
• Responsible for integrating the strategic plan of the organization with Operations.

• Provided management oversight for the development of high quality, cost effective and integrated project management services.

Provided expert technical and managerial guidance & advice to resolve contentious design and construction issues. Managed contracts totaling $275 million.
• Constructed and four laned Hwy 400/69, Canada’s largest north Hwy.

• Planned and coordinated a $37 million repair project to the Niagara Falls Whirlpool Rapids Railway Bridge involving complex site logistics and tight time frames. Negotiated schedules with multi levels of government in Canada and the U.S. resulting in 26 bridge spans repaired two months ahead of schedule and a $ 1.5 million saving.
• Built the Main Iron Highway Terminal Building in Toronto, on time and on budget. This has since increased productivity by 33% and reduced operational cost by 35% on the Montreal-Toronto route. Saved the company $0.3 million by scrutinizing invoices.
• Upgraded a dangerous level crossing through a grade separation project. The four-lane roadway underpass @ North Queen Street, Toronto, increased traffic flows and reduced traffic delays by 50%. This also increased track utilization in Obico Yard by 28%.
• Supervised concrete repairs to Canada’s busiest highway, the 401, on top of CP Rail’s mainline. The 16-lane highway repairs were carried out in record time and on budget.
