-Managing and interpreting customer requirments.
- Providing the customer with required technical support.
- Negotiating and closing sales by agreeing terms and conditions. - Following up quotations and tenders procedures.
- Understand & analyzing demand of valves market and implementing the most profitable strategy in line with maximizing the sales growth.
- Monitor, respond and bring up customer feedback/complaints/issues as appropriate.
-Searching for target customers who will benefit from our work.
- Measurments for layouts of the working area.
- Drawing the layout using Solid Works.
- Provide customers with best solution for automation.
- Provide with the most appropriate spare parts.
