Had Exceptional evaluation in the attitude achievement for service orientation, proactivity enthusiasm, and quality of work in the annual appraisal. This is due to hard-working on the following tasks:
o Built a dashboard to control the weekly manpower efficiency using Power BI software for analyzing the efficiency, regular time versus overtime, and Manpower trade distribution by linking between Actual MHRs, Work packages codes, Cost component codes, production rates, and Progress. In addition to handling meetings with six Project managers to discuss it and making corrective actions. Moreover, the site team requested to reduce the manpower. This action saved 30 % of the manpower at the beginning of the project.
o Participates in preparing the Executive report.
o Provided budget and checked control of requested materials in purchasing orders. Moreover, many items have been requested which are not included in the budget. I have proceeded with the PRs and sent many emails to the commercial team to prepare change orders. Discovering these items at the beginning of the project enhanced our company's situation in the negotiation and selling prices for these change orders.
o Provided the budget for Request of sub-contractors.
o Prepared and coordinated the client invoice of advance payment between all departments.
o Providing guidance and support for my colleagues in the cost control team. Especially in the first five months of the project when the department didn’t include a cost control manager and I was proceeding to the Project control manager.
o Revised the costing sheet of the projects based on the variations & omissions that occurred during the project.
o Analyzed materials consumption, Renting, Daily workers, and Subcontractor works compared to budgeted rates.
o Compared the Project in progress & Estimating Costs every month.
o Revised and approved the additional works and deductions for the sub-contractors.
o Initiated variation orders to be submitted to the client.
o Checked all the project documents; drawings, BOQ, Project Specifications, Contract, and tendering inquiries to find opportunities and obstacles in some projects.
o Revised the sub-contractor invoices and compared them with the budget & Client approved percentage in the payment certificate.
o Followed up with the Procurement department in the Head-Office for the main packages and provided all the required help for their inquiries.
o Prepared a template for the control sheet to be attached to purchasing requests. Which, helped in specifying the material overruns and making corrective actions from the beginning of the project.
o Prepared a control sheet to monitor the scaffolding of the company projects to avoid delaying it, especially since most of the scaffolding assets were rented. This resulted in saving a lot of renting fees.
o Built a prediction calculation extracted from the project Log for the optimum number of consultants and contractor teams to meet the project schedule requirements. This calculation was the base for optimizing the number of teams for the consulting office in addition to the contractor’s team.
o Revised monthly invoices submitted by contractors.
o Revised variation orders submitted by contractors.
o Supervised execution of civil Works.
