- Support Project Director with day-to-day Scheduling tasks, weekly / monthly status, updates & scenarios.
- Reviewing and monitoring project schedules and cost to ensure schedule and budget
objectives are met.
- Working with other cross-functional departments to ensure accurate, timely Scheduling information.
- Highlight bottlenecks and criticality, which are affecting project progress.
- Raise alarms and alerts to project managers and other stakeholders in case of any delays supported with recovery plan.
- Conduct periodic and post-project reviews to ensure the project is on track.

- Refined sequence and activities logic and highlighted any critical activity that needs particular attention.
- Verified and endorsed contractor’s invoices, including the supporting physical progress and milestones.
- Generated detailed and executive summary reports for higher management.
Middle East Refinery Expansion (MIDOR)
- Updating level 4 construction schedule.
- Collecting the progress for construction, pre-commissioning, and commissioning from site supervision and subcontractors in all disciplines.
- Preparing the weekly, fortnightly, and monthly reports as per the client's requirements.
- Review and verify claimed progress by subcontractors to avoid discrepancies.
- Aligning all databases and generating progress curves and manhours charts.
- Reviewing the daily, weekly, and monthly reports for subcontractors.
- Attend and participate in the project meetings.
