- Updating level 4 construction schedule.
- Collecting the progress for construction, pre-commissioning, and commissioning from site supervision and subcontractors in all disciplines.
- Preparing the weekly, fortnightly, and monthly reports as per the client's requirements.
- Review and verify claimed progress by subcontractors to avoid discrepancies.
- Aligning all databases and generating progress curves and manhours charts.
- Reviewing the daily, weekly, and monthly reports for subcontractors.
