• Determine the nature and burden of disease for heart conditions and burns in Egypt; including estimating waiting lists and operating capacity.
• Designing an operational model; teams required to run the project effectively, type and number of operating departments based on international benchmarks and industry standards.

• Scan (in)directly competing healthcare services and office buildings projects; rent/sell prices, quality of finishing, facility and operator management structure, value added services provided, etc.
