To provide a full solution for eLearning to serve 5000 employees of MOI.

Roles and responsibilities:
• Lead the process including facilitating the initial kick-off workshop with/for the client utilizing the information from the client discovery survey to develop process flows to map the customers’ business processes, undertake discrepancy analysis and facilitate business process re-engineering. Provide guidance in defining implementation and execution strategy for the concerned processes.
• Build Second line support service by building systems knowledge base, deliver system training to the key trainers, and to oversee all call center team.
